Cancellation
Organiserswill only cancel an event if there are concerns about participants' safety, such as in the cases of extreme weather, natural disasters or other threats. A decision to cancel may be made the night before an event. Organisers will advertise an event's cancellation on the SCDMBA website.
If an event is cancelled due to extreme weather, natural disaster or other incidents beyond the organisers' control the event will be rescheduled at a later date with no refunds given.
Refunds
If you withdraw from an event with more than two weeks notice, your entry will be refunded (minus a 20% administration fee). If you withdraw with less than two weeks prior to the event or do not show up on the day, unfortunately your registration fee will be forfeited.
